Placing an Order on ASSC Official Store
What payment methods do you accept?
For Domestic US orders, we accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
For International orders, payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Note: To process your payment, your billing and credit card addresses must match.
Important: Anti Social Social Club is not responsible for shipping issues caused by typographical errors. Upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for the order amount.
Can I have my order sent to a shipping facility?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a shipping facility. However, we are not responsible for damage, lost, or missing items once the package has been received at the facility.
Why couldn’t I place an order on ASSC Official Store?
Due to the exclusive nature of our products and high demand, certain items may sell out quickly. If a product is still listed on the website but cannot be purchased, please contact customer service for assistance.

How can I track my order on shipped by ASSC Official Store?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used during purchase.
If you have an account, you can log in here to review your order history and check your order status.
What is your order processing time?
Processing time refers to the period between order placement and fulfillment. As items are made to order, processing may take up to 5 weeks.
How do I modify an order?
We cannot modify products or sizes after an order is placed.
How do I update my shipping address or method?
To modify shipping details, contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly once tracking is received.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact Customer Service with your name, email, and order number to request a cancellation.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our USA shipping facility.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the items ordered, and their value. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Domestic (US) orders: Delivery within 7–10 days after receiving your tracking number.
- International orders: Delivery within 5–7 days on average.
What shipping carriers do you use?
- Domestic orders: Shipped via USPS.
- International orders: Shipped via multiple courier partners’ Express delivery services.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the order’s weight and destination.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
As all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
